Douglas Rushkoff believes in the digital world, we are going to think how we can add value or "how we can make other people rich", instead of "extracting value from others" like a traditional corporate mindset. He believes such mindset is like running family businesses and it is more sustainable. He introduces a term, "distributed prosperity". This is an ideal that the World needs this kind of prosperity.
