How To Think Creatively

If you are not creative, how do you think more creatively? First of all, you should learn about how creative people think. Have you noticed that creative people usually generate many associations from one idea (sometimes overly)? Association is what makes an idea yields more ideas, while some ideas will never work, the more associations, the more likely that innovative ideas will be produced as a result. But if you are not creative, how do you make more associations?
